All tea types (black, green, Oolong) come from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis. It's what happens next that makes all the difference.
Like black and Oolong, green tea is withered and dried -- but not fermented. (Oolong is partially fermented, black tea completely fermented.)
Brew green tea in water below boiling point (180 F or slightly higher) for two to three minutes. Each tea is distinct, it is best to experiment with brewing methods until you hit upon something you like.
